PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of easily and rapidly producing fine particles. SOLUTION: The apparatus 100 for producing fine particles is provided with: a mixing part 104 for successively mixing a plurality of raw materials with one another little by little; a micro reaction tube 106 for successively reacting the obtained liquid mixture for a predetermined time little by little; a temperature regulation tank A103 for regulating the temperature in the mixing part 104 within a first temperature range to preferentially advance a production reaction of seed particles of fine particles; and another temperature regulation tank B105 for regulating the temperature of the micro reaction tube 106 within a second temperature range to preferentially advance a growth reaction of seed particles of fine particles.
