PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shredder with a paper feeding device and the paper feeding device capable of automatically delivering a bundle of a limited number of documents to the shredder and cutting the document bundle only by setting a bundle of documents. SOLUTION: This shredder with the paper feeding device is provided with a shredder part comprising two engaged cutting blades operated by a drive source; a paper feeding tray for setting paper sheets on a cover and holding them; a bottom lifting part vertically movably journaled to a base part of the paper feeding tray and lifting up paper sheet bundles; a first feeding roller for feeding a plurality of paper sheets from the paper feeding tray; a separation wall through which only approximately cuttable numbers of paper sheets pass to control the number of fed paper sheets; a second feeding roller for feeding the paper sheets passed through the separation wall; a control part for feeding paper sheets of which number is below the number of paper sheets cuttable by the shredder from the second feeding roller; third and fourth feeding rollers for sandwiching and feeding the paper sheets passed through the control part to the shredder; and a control switch for controlling drive of the first and second feeding rollers.
