PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window shade that can be easily installed at a vehicle. SOLUTION: A window shade of the present invention includes a guiding rail device 45 constituting an interior ornamental panel. The interior ornamental panel concurrently includes a clearance 48 forming a groove slot 41 having a guiding groove 16. The guiding groove 16 is under-cut and constituted by the groove slot 41 and a groove clearance 40 formed at back surfaces of the interior ornamental panel members 46, 47. A rail 53 is fixed to the back surfaces of the two interior ornamental panel members 46, 47, spans the clearance 48 and at the same time extends along the clearance 48.
