PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive translucent heat-reflecting film which establishes compatibility between the control of visible light transmission and heat reflection and which is excellent in workability and easily handleable, and a cold/hot storage using the translucent heat-reflecting film. SOLUTION: This translucent heat-reflecting film 1 keeps a translucent layer 2, the visible light transmission of which is controlled, and a heat-reflecting layer 3 for reflecting a heat ray overlaying a transparent base film 11. The cold/hot storage, employed for the cold or hot insulation of an article stored in the storage, is provided with a window part which enables the visual recognition of the inside of the storage, the window part has and the film 1.
