PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly decorative hair pin used for rolling up hair, which has a sufficient strength, hardly falls off from the rolled-up hair, has excellent safety, provides a simple operation, and tightly holds by single use. SOLUTION: The hair pin is made of a wire material having high strength, and formed of a pair of straight insertion bodies (2, 2) and a U-shaped body (1) for connecting the insertion bodies. The U-shaped body (1) is narrowed inward toward the insertion bodies (2, 2) at the end parts, the insertion bodies are widened outward relative to each other toward the tips (3, 3).
