The invention concerns an anti-friction bearing for guiding a wheel in rotation, said bearing comprising a rotating element (1) provided with holes (5) for fixing a wheel rim, a fixed element (2), and rolling bodies arranged in an annular bearing region formed between said elements (1, 2) in such a way as to enable of said elements (1, 2) to be relatively rotated about an axis A. Said bearing is also provided with a rotation detection system comprising an encoding means and an information sensor, the former secured to the rotating element (1) and the latter to the fixed element (2).
