A fastening apparatus for an exterior member of a building is provided to prevent the movement of a fixing fastener caused by impact and vibration of an exterior member of a building using a connecting fixture effectively and to have waterproofing and thermal insulating effects by preventing the permeation of rainwater through a wall of a building using a flexible membrane liner. The invention relates to a fastening apparatus for an exterior member of a building for preventing the movement of a fixing fastener against impact and vibration of an exterior member of a building and cutting off the permeation of rainwater through a wall of a building by forming fastener coupling grooves(120) on the upper and lower sides of exterior members(110,110') and inserting a bend(131) of an L-shaped fixing fastener(130) to each fastener coupling groove, forming a screw joint(132) on the rear of the fixing fastener and inserting to a coupling groove(140) of a connecting fixture(150) provided with a thread, forming a thread on the outside of the connecting fixture, locating the screw joint of the fixing fastener on the thread of the connecting fixture and tightening with a coupling bolt(160), inserting a flexible membrane liner(180) to a vertical joint piece(170) formed on the rear end of the connecting fixture and adhering closely to a structure(190) with a coupling bolt(200), and forming a thread on the front of the vertical joint piece and inserting a washer(210) having a thread on one side and tightening with a coupling bolt, wherein the inside of the fastener coupling groove is filled with sealant(S) to absorb the shock between stone and metal with the bend of the fixing fastener in the fastener coupling groove.
