A digital remote monitoring/control apparatus for water supply and drainage for processing analog data and digital signals is provided to display images and analog data received from a remote place where a water/drainage processing facility is located and enable an operator to selectively listen sound of the remote place in real time. A digital remote monitoring control apparatus for water supply and drainage for processing analog data and digital signal comprises the followings: a sensing unit(500) for sensing oil pressure, cooling water temperature, frequency, voltage and the number of engine rotations of an electric motor; a sound measuring unit(600) for converting sound generated from the electric motor into digital signals and transmitting the converted signals to a digital signal input unit; a converting unit for converting an analog signal inputted from an RJ 45 port into a digital signal and transmitting the converted signal to a control unit; the RJ 45 port for receiving a signal received from a control unit through a network; and an Ethernet for connecting to an LAN(Local Area Network).
