A composition for prevention and treatment of diseases in cultured fishes is provided to prevent and treat bacterial diseases and parasite diseases without physiological effects on fishes, so that the amounts of antibiotics, antimicrobial agents, and formalin are reduced. The composition for prevention and treatment of diseases in cultured fishes comprises 50-80 wt.% of peroxides, 0.01-1 wt.% of peroxide-stabilizing agents, 5-30 wt.% of chlorine compounds, 2-20 wt.% of organic acids and 1-10 wt.% of wood vinegar as effective ingredients, wherein the peroxide is selected from hydrogen peroxide, sodium percarbonate, calcium peroxide, magnesium peroxide, sodium peroxide and sodium pyrophosphate peroxide; the peroxide-stabilizing agent is selected from sodium pyrophosphate, uric acid and acetanilide; the chlorine compound is selected from chlorine, chlorine dioxide, sodium hypochlorite, sodium perchlorate, sodium chlorite, sodium hypochlorite, potassium hypochlorite and sodium dichloroisocyanurate; and the organic acid is selected from citric acid, acetic acid, malic acid, lactic acid, tartaric acid and succinic acid.
