<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode stack effectively suppressing slippage on an interface between a negative electrode and an electrolyte, and to provide a bipolar secondary battery. <P>SOLUTION: The electrode stack is equipped with stacked positive active material layer 26 and negative active material layer 28, and an electrolyte layer 27 interposed between the positive active material layer 26 and the negative active material layer 28. A through hole 32 passing through in the stacking direction of the positive active material layer 26 and the negative active material layer 28 is installed in the positive active material 26, the negative active material 28, and the electrolyte layer 27.
