<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller heating equipment for heating the roller for preventing deterioration of noodle belt quality caused by rolling with a low temperature roller. <P>SOLUTION: The equipment heats the roller by an electromagnetic induction heating and raises the surface temperature of the roller to 20-30°C in a short time.
