<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the regulation of boiling in a device for boiling wort, stably and accurately. <P>SOLUTION: This device for boiling the wort is equipped with a boiling pot 10 at the inside of which a heat-exchanger 20 is arranged, a supplying line 90 for supplying steam to the heat-exchanger 20, a discharging line 100 for discharging the steam or condensed water thereof from the heat-exchanger 90, a first thermometer 30 for measuring the temperature of the steam supplied through the feeding line 90 to the heat-exchanger 20, a second thermometer 40 for measuring the temperature of the steam or condensed water thereof discharged through the discharging line 100 from the heat-exchanger 20, and a controller 110 regulating the amount of heat per hour supplied to the heat-exchanger 20 by the steam passing through the supplying line 90 based on the temperature measured by the first thermometer 30 and the temperature measured by the second thermometer 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
