<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase an S/N ratio of a biological information detection sensor by reducing the noise thereof, more concretely, to reduce light which is reflected inside an elastic body provided in the photoelectric sensor of the biological information detection sensor and received by a light receiving element. <P>SOLUTION: The biological information detection sensor 10 is equipped with a pressure sensor 14 arranged on a substrate 11, the elastic body 12 for added pressure detection arranged on the substrate 11 for transmitting added pressure to the pressure sensor 14, and the photoelectric sensor 15 provided inside the elastic body 12 for the added pressure detection and provided with a light emitting element and the light receiving element, wherein the elastic body 12 for the added pressure detection includes an area where transmissivity to the light emission wavelength of the light emitting element is different, the transmissivity of the area between the substrate 11 and the photoelectric sensor 15 is made lower than the transmissivity between the photoelectric sensor 15 and the external contact surface 16 of the elastic body 12 for the added pressure detection and absorbance is increased. By configuring the transmissivity of the elastic body 12 for the added pressure detection as above, the intensity of light passing through an optical path not passing through a living body is reduced and noise components to detection signals for detecting biological information are reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
