PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device which has less stress on toner and is provided with a simple conveyance mechanism, and an image forming apparatus including the same. SOLUTION: The cleaning device includes a cleaning blade 2 for scraping toner left untransferred on a photoreceptor drum 11, a guide plate 21 for guiding the scraped toner, a toner recovery part 3 for storing the scraped toner therein, a conveyance guide member 4 for guiding the scraped toner toward the toner recovery part 3, a filament wire 5 stretched over the conveyance guide member 4, and an excitation member 6 vibrating at a resonance frequency of the filament wire 5.
