PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration proof structure easy in installing a stepping motor of a sheet post-processing device. SOLUTION: The installation structure comprises a frame member 50, an elastic member 52, an elastic bushing 54, and a spacer 56 and fastens them with screws. The frame member 50 is for installing a motor 40 to a sheet post-processing device 7 body with an installation hole 50a formed for screwing. The elastic member 52 is substantially plate like formed with a cylindrical protruding part 52a. Outside dimensions of the protruding part 52a are set to be inserted in the installation hole 50a of the frame member 50, and after the insertion, rattling is hardly generated between the frame member 50 and the elastic member 52.
