PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a cooling pipe which is compact in size and suppressed in the deterioration of cooling efficiency in a vibrating state, and an electric motor vehicle including the fixing structure. SOLUTION: The fixing structure of the cooling pipe is equipped with a casing 700, a cooling pipe 800 which is provided separately from a stator provided in the casing 700 and in which stator cooling oil flows, a support ring 820 which is provided at one end of the cooling pipe 800 and abuts on the inner surface of the casing 700, and a rubber cap 830 which is provided at the other end of the cooling pipe 800 and press-fitted in a cover 720.
