PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve such a matter that a withstand voltage of a MOSFET is restricted by a DC output voltage regardless of the ratio of turns of a high frequency transformer, since the clamp tip of a clamp type snubber circuit used for a push-pull type converter is of a DC output voltage. SOLUTION: This DC-DC converter is equipped with a high frequency transformer which has an intermediate terminal in its primary winding, a first arm pair which is composed of a series circuit composed of a first switch element and a first diode connected in series reversely to this switch element, a second arm pair which is composed of a series circuit composed of a second switch element and a second diode connected in series reversely to this second switch element, and a rectifier circuit which converts the AC of the high frequency transformer secondary winding into a DC. Each serial connection midpoint terminal of the first and second arm pairs is connected to the primary winding of the high frequency transformer. Each other end of the first and second arm pairs is connected to one end of the DC-side terminal of the rectifier circuit. The AC-side terminal of the rectifier circuit is connected to the secondary winding of the high frequency transformer.
