摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio power amplifier circuit comprising a push-pull amplifier circuit capable of being directly coupled to the 2-terminal voice coil of a speaker without using an output transformer, by using transistors of the same conduction type so as to extend the range of an output frequency characteristic to high frequencies. SOLUTION: The audio power amplifier circuit includes: a pair of the static induction transistors of the same conduction type connected as a grounded source type push-pull circuit; a choke coil with both terminals and a center tap, the both terminals of which are connected to respective drains of the static induction transistors, respectively and the center tap of which is connected to the drain side voltage line of an operation power supply; a speaker the voice coil of which is connected between both the drains of a pair of the static induction transistors; a gate bias means for providing an operation gate bias to each gate of the static induction transistors; and a means for supplying inputs with inverted phases for push-pull operations to the gates of the static induction transistors.
