PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting system which gives natural lighting and a healing effect. SOLUTION: The lighting system is composed of plate members having a plurality of pinholes arranged and facing a floodlighting face and a light bulb in that order. The light bulb is composed of a light-emitting part, a bulb housing the light-emitting part, and a metal base to take power into the light-emitting part. A light delivering shape of the above bulb face which delivers light outside has a designer's shape, and the designer's shape has a diffusion face. When a distance between the floodlighting face and the plate member is a1, a distance between the plate member and the light bulb is a2, a size of a light source of the light bulb is b1 and a pitch of pinholes of the plate member is b2, a formula: b1≪2((a1+a2)/a2)*b2 shall be satisfied.
