PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure of a shielded wire capable of surely ensuring a connection path of a braided wire, and improving work efficiency. SOLUTION: This connection structure of a shielded wire is used for connecting a braided wire 62 of the shielded wire 60 having one-side wires 63 and the braided wire 62 braided around the one-side wires 63 to the other-side wire 70 having a conductor 71. The connection structure uses a connection member 10 provided with: first press-contact parts 14 connectable to the braided wire 62 of the shielded wire 60 by pressing and inserting the shielded wire 60 therein; and second press-contact parts 15 electrically connectable to the conductor 71 of the other-side wire 70 by pressing and inserting the other-side wire 70 in the same direction as the insertion direction of the shielded wire 60 in the first press-contact part 14.
