PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk carrying roller capable of securing stable disk carrying force even when a surface state between a roller rotary shaft and an elastic roller varies, preventing the scratch of a disk even when slipping occurs between the disk and the elastic roller due to external force or the like, and discharging a deformed disk even when the disk is deformed inside a device. SOLUTION: In the disk carrying roller composed by loosely fitting the elastic rollers 7 and 8 to the roller rotary shaft 6, by fixing at least one end part in the axial direction of the elastic rollers 7 and 8 to the shaft end side of the roller rotary shaft 6, the disk carrying roller 5 for which the elastic rollers 7 and 8 have fixed parts 7a and 8a and loosely fitted parts 7b and 8b to the roller rotary shaft 6 together is constituted.
