PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To learn a user's operations without the user's knowledge and optimize processing to the user according to the learning results. SOLUTION: A learning part 22 monitors an operation signal supplied in response to a user's operation to determine whether it can be used for learning. If the operation signal is a learning operation signal, which can be used for learning, the learning part 22 learns a correction norm that is the norm in correcting an input signal, according to the learning operation signal. A correction part 21 corrects the input signal according to the learned correction norm and outputs the corrected signal as an output signal.
