PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display panel having an improved image display quality, a method of manufacturing the same, and a spacer printing apparatus for use in manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate facing the first substrate, a liquid crystal layer interposed between the first and second substrates, a light shielding film formed on one of the first and second substrates to block light, and a plurality of dots which are interposed between the first and second substrates and are disposed in positions corresponding to the light shielding film and each of which includes a plurality of spacers aligned along predetermined direction.
