PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve deodorizing performance with mist while attaining space saving. SOLUTION: This deodorizing device for a toilet bowl comprises a fine atomizing means 32 for atomizing liquid into a fine mist, and discharges the fine mist produced by the fine atomizing means, into a bowl 25 of the toilet bowl 20 to atomize the fine mist with a particle size of several hundred nm into the bowl 25 of the toilet bowl 20. The particle size is diminished to reduce sticking force to thereby prevent the buttocks from getting wet. Consequently, odor in the toilet bowl can be directly removed with the fine mist to improve deodorizing performance while attaining space saving because there is no need to provide an exclusive deodorizing chamber.
