PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative panel for a wall surface, which has necessary strength while accomplishing a reduction in weight, the surface of which is clean, which enables the proper adhesion of paint, and which can improve durability by suppressing the absorption of rainwater. SOLUTION: This decorative panel 1A for being mounted on the wall surface comprises a panel body 2, and front-side and backside panel surface layers 3a and 3b which are formed in such a manner as to cover the whole surface of the panel body. The panel body is formed of a foamed polystyrene particle-bonded body in which many foamed polystyrene particles are bonded together with an adhesive, and the panel surface layer is formed of a cement-containing rigid body more rigid than the panel body.
