PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device or the like used also as a paper feed tray and a paper ejection tray and capable of smoothly ejecting paper. SOLUTION: The image forming device 1 is provided with a first paper feed tray 30 for storing standard paper and feeding it to a printing part 80; and a second paper feed tray 40 mounted on the first paper feed tray 30, storing paper smaller than the standard paper, feeding it to the printing part 80 and playing role of the paper ejection tray for receiving the printed paper. The second paper feed tray 40 is provided with a pair of side guides 41, 42 abutted on a side end of the small paper and guiding the paper to the printing plate 80. A plate-like part 43 extended from the upper end to the other side guide side and receiving the printed paper is formed on at least either of the pair of side guides 41, 42. The plate-like part 43 is provided with reverse feeding prevention parts 43a, 44, 45 formed so as to approach a lower side 81 of the printing part 80 and preventing the printed paper from being re-fed to the printing part 80.
