PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate material conveying conveyor with no vibration and no meandering in conveying and less generation of dusts, capable of conveying the plate material without causing a flaw by a simple drive mechanism. SOLUTION: A large number of rod-like members 3 laid between a pair of endless drive belts 2, 2 arranged in parallel to one another in a conveying direction at a right angle are provided on the whole periphery of the belt, and support members 4 for supporting the plate material W, i.e., the object to be conveyed are provided on the respective rod-like members 3. A cross section shape of the rod-like member 3 may be of a shape having a support member mounting part upwardly projected between a pair of flat belt mounting part to the drive belt 2.
