PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make improvement of external appearance of a floor part by covering both of a vehicle body floor and a floor board elevatably installed on the vehicle body floor with a floor mat and smoothing of an elevating operation of the floor board compatible. SOLUTION: In this device, the floor board 5 covering an upper face of the vehicle body floor 3 is elevatably installed at feet parts of an occupant sitting on a seat 4 for an occupant. The mat 60 for a vehicle body floor for covering the upper face of the vehicle body floor 3 is laid on the floor 3.
