PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an anti-icing protector on a lower arm capable of mounting the anti-icing protector on the lower arm in an extremely short period of time, by one touch and easily, mounting it easily in a limited small space and doing so at low cost. SOLUTION: A part of the anti-icing protector 16 constituted of a rubber elastic body is constituted as a fixing band 20 wound around the lower arm. The fixing band 20 is made into a polymerized part where one end part 32 in the peripheral direction is bent by a thin hinge 30 and is polymerized on the other end part 28. Resin made fastening members 40, 38 are respectively installed non-adhered on each of the end parts 32, 28, an elastic engaging click 44 of the fastening member 38 is engaged with an engaging hole 53 of the fastening member 40, each of the end parts 32, 28 of the fixing band 20 is fastened, and the anti-icing protector 16 is mounted on the lower arm by the fixing band 20.
