PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-lock brake device for a two wheeler, capable of promptly functioning proper anti-lock control even after wheelie traveling. SOLUTION: The anti-lock brake device 1 for the two wheeler mainly comprises an estimated vehicle body speed calculating means 32C calculating estimated vehicle body speed from wheel sped, and an anti-lock controlling means 32B anti-lock controlling each wheel T on the basis of the wheel speed and the estimated vehicle body speed. The estimated vehicle body speed calculating means 32A also comprises a wheelie finishing determining means 32D which determines that the wheelie traveling is finished in case where a front wheel TF is under non-anti-lock control, and a rear wheel speed is larger than the estimated vehicle body speed by not less than a speed threshold, and front wheel acceleration is larger than an acceleration threshold. When the wheelie finishing determining means 32D determines that the wheelie traveling is finished, the estimated vehicle body speed is calculated according to only rear wheel speed during at least a predetermined time.
