PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film reduced in the lowering of imaging properties or contrast, having no interference fringe and superior in rigidity, transparency, heat resistance, dimensional stability and chemical resistance. SOLUTION: The laminated film has a layered constitution which includes at least one layer with a thickness of 15μm or above base on a resin A, at least three layers each of which has a thickness of 30 nm or below and is based on a resin B and the thickness of the layers based on the resin B is reduced or increased from the surface of the laminated sheet toward the inside thereof.
