PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection device capable of achieving accurate injection properties in an inside of a cylinder even when variation data of an injector is measured in an outside of the cylinder. SOLUTION: An inner cylinder pressure Pcyl is added to injector individual data on the basis of an injection rate of the injector measured in the outside of the cylinder in order to calculate a variation correction value, and a target injection amount and occurrence timing of a command signal of the injector are corrected based on the variation correction value. Thus, the accurate injection properties coincident with a design central value can be obtained in the cylinder, and accurate injection control can be performed. Especially, this is applied to multi-injection requiring high precision, and thereby, prevention of engine vibration and engine noise, control of exhaust emission, and engine output and fuel consumption can be compatible at a high level.
