An LED(Light Emitting Diode) electric signboard is provided to reduce the impact of strong wind by joining bar-shaped LED boards at regular intervals and to secure a waterproof effect by inserting the LED boards into a case. An LED electric signboard(100) is composed of an outline frame(110) shaped like a square; a center frame(120) installed in the center of the outline frame to form a space for containing a control unit(130) and equipped with a cover covering the rear side; an LED board of which both ends are combined to the front side of the outline frame and the center frame, to emit the light by the control unit; and a connecting member(160) for continuously connecting the outline frame in vertical and horizontal directions. The connecting member comprises vertical connecting members(170) installed at the upper and lower sides of the outline frame to vertically connect the other outline frames and horizontal connecting members(180) installed at the lateral sides of the outline frame to horizontally connect the other outline frames. The vertical connecting member has opening holes(112) formed at the upper and lower edges of the outline frame; a hanging piece disposed at the edge of the upper end of the outline frame, moved up and down along the opening hole by a guide member, and formed with a hanging hole at the upper side; and a locking bar installed at the edge of the lower end of the outline frame, slid horizontally by the guide member, and inserted into the hanging hole. The horizontal connecting member has combining holes(182) formed at the upper and lower parts of the lateral side of the outline frame and a combining member(184) joined through the combining hole.
