<p>The identification bracelet (10) is for the wrist of a wearer and includes a double-sided label (12), a jacket (22), and a fastening device. The label (12) has spaces to record the personal information of the wearer, and a plurality of unique identification tags, such as the fingerprints, of both the wearer and any associated person, such as a family member. The label (12) may also include contact information, medical conditions, medications, and doctor information. The jacket (22) is designed to hold label (12) and is resealable so that the label (12) is removable and can be resealed when the identification bracelet (10) is in use.
