A PCB(Printed Circuit Board) testing apparatus is provided to accurately contact a test pin with a terminal of a connector by compensating for a position of the terminal of the connector on a substrate. A base table(200) is formed on a base(100) and includes a motor transfer axis and a base fixing block. A camera holding guide(300) includes a camera containing hole. A guide block(400) includes a sliding holding groove in a Y axis direction and includes an X axis guide, which is slid on the base block of the base table. A board transfer block(500) includes plural board fixing holes and is slidably mounted on the sliding holding groove. A camera(600) obtains a reference position of the board, which is fixed on the board transfer block. A Z axis block transfer cylinder(700) is arranged on the camera holding guide. A pin block(800) includes a through-hole and a test pin, and is coupled with the Z axis block transfer cylinder. A Y axis board transfer cylinder(900) includes a piston rod, whose end is coupled with the board transfer block. An X axis board position adjuster is slidably arranged on the motor transfer axis of the base table and moves the guide block with respect to the X axis direction.
