An opening and closing device of pouring of molten steel is provided to control pouring of molten steel promptly and safely by accurately assembling the opening and closing device by preventing the outflow of molten steel. In an opening and closing device of pouring of molten steel, which device controls opening and closing of a tapping nozzle connected to a container containing molten steel, the opening and closing device of pouring of molten steel comprises: an upper plate(10) which is connected to a lower part of the container, and includes an upper through hole(15) communicating with the container; a lower plate(30) which is connected to an upper part of the tapping nozzle, and includes a lower through hole(35) communicating with the tapping nozzle; an opening-and-closing plate(20) which is installed between the upper and lower plates, and into which a movement through hole(25) is penetrated; and a housing(40) in which an opening(45) with a shape corresponding to an external shape of the opening-and-closing plate is formed such that the opening-and-closing plate can be inserted into the opening, and which is slidable between a lower end of the upper plate and an upper end of the lower plate, wherein an assembly groove(47) is carved in intaglio at one side of the opening of the housing or the opening-and-closing plate, and a projecting part(27) is carved in relief at the other side of the opening of the housing or the opening-and-closing plate so that the opening-and-closing plate is assembled into the opening of the housing in one direction.
