An electric oven is provided to form a hooking projection at one end of a support bar and a hole at a ceramic upper plate to insert the hooking projection to easily assemble an electric heating member at the ceramic upper plate. An electric oven includes an electric heating member(10), a ceramic upper plate(20), a support bar(30), and a bottom plate. The electric heating member is formed of a ceramic vessel having low thermal conductivity and having an electric heating coil installed therein. A pair of leaf springs are installed at the electric heating member. The leaf springs are formed of a metal material having good elasticity. The leaf springs are fastened to the electric heating member by screws. A temperature sensor is installed at a circumferential periphery of the electric heating member. The electric heating member is coupled to the ceramic upper plate through the support bar.
