Disclosed is a covering body made of a thermoplastic resin, which has an outer layer composed of a thermoplastic fluororesin and an inner layer composed of a thermoplastic fluororesin having a hydroxyl group and containing a filler having a laminar crystal structure. The surface of the inner layer is not subjected to etching. This covering body has a non-adhesive surface layer, while having an inner layer exhibiting good adhesion to a base or the like.
