SIBUTRAMINE SALT, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, AND PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION CONTAINING THE SAME

Sibutramine salt for producing pharmaceutical composition related to obesity treatment is provided to have excellent dissolution rate and improved bioavailability which is, in turn, useful for manufacturing the pharmaceutical composition for obesity protection and treatment by comprising at least one of various sibutramine salts having specific chemical formulae. Sibutramine salt which is selected from: sibutramine oxalate; sibutramine fumalate; sibutramine tartarate; sibutraminecitrate; sibutramine succinate; sibutramine hydrogen sulfate; sibutramine acetate; and sibutramine phosphate, is used to manufacture a pharmaceutical composition for treating or protecting obesity or related diseases by comprising 0.4 to 20wt% of the sibutramine salt and, additionally, pharmaceutically available excipient, binder, disintegrant and lubricant.
