<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical detection module capable of precisely compensating a dark current component from a photodiode. <P>SOLUTION: A light shielding photodiode having been light-shielded is arranged in the region adjoining one side of a square light receiving photodiode 1 for detecting light to form a unit 3. Multiple units are arranged to constitute a photodetector. A subtraction circuit 32 is provided which subtracts the output current of the light-shielding photodiode, multiplied with area ratio of the light receiving photodiode and light shielding photodiode from the output current of the light receiving photodiode to constitute a optical detection module. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
