<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress vibrations caused by stopping an internal combustion engine. <P>SOLUTION: When stopping an operation of the engine, a control method of an internal combustion engine device smoothly decreases the rotation of the engine after the lapse of a prescribed time period of an autonomous operation at a stop rotation frequency Nstop of the engine, sets a descent vibration suppression torque suppressing variations generated with the decrease in rotation to a torque command Tm1* of a motor MG1, and starts decreasing a rotation frequency Ne of the engine (S100, S140, S150, S170, S180). The method further sets a correction torque Tmod on the basis of a crank angle CA and an engine water temperature Tw when the rotation frequency Ne reaches a threshold Nref, and sets the torque command Tm1* of the motor MG1 as a value which has been added to a decrease vibration control torque in decreasing the set correction torque Tmod. Thereby, the engine is controlled so as not to exceed a top dead center right before the stop of the engine, thus the variations caused by exceeding the top dead center is suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
