PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane foam exerting good water stop performance and also exerting high adhesiveness to double-sided adhesive tape, and to provide a sealing material using the polyurethane foam. SOLUTION: The polyurethane foam is such as to be obtained by reaction of a feedstock comprising polyols, a polyisocyanate, a catalyst, a foaming agent and a water repellent followed by expansion and curing, and designed to enable its surface to be stuck with a double-sided adhesive tape. The above feedstock also contains a (meth)acrylic polyol as tackifier, whose content being 1-30 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the polyols, and the (meth)acrylic polyol is preferably 20-200 mgKOH/g in hydroxyl number.
