<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact cooling system for showing high cooling performance for electronic equipment capable of mounting personal computers from desktop types to notebook types, regardless of the form of the personal computers. <P>SOLUTION: The cooling system comprises a first volume type pump for driving a refrigerant liquid in a gas-liquid mixed state by a heat receiving member, a tank for storing the refrigerant liquid as an integral configuration with a heat radiation member for cooling the refrigerant liquid circulated by receiving heat as a liquid refrigerant, and a second pump for circulating and driving the refrigerant liquid turned into liquid by cooling to the heat-receiving member. First and second pumps are arranged while holding the heat radiation member/tank, and the circulation refrigerant liquid is changed in two phases for realizing smooth circulation, thus cooling an electrical heating element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
