<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for monitoring status of a component and its apparatus improving the monitoring accuracy of fatigue progress status of the component for constituting a machine and grasping its precise replacement timing with a simple system, by grasping the replacement lifetime in which the replacement past record and maintenance past record are taken into account and adopting the use time where the degree of load of the machine in the use process of the machine is taken into account, when monitoring the fatigue progress status of the component for constituting the machine. <P>SOLUTION: The component status monitoring means is for monitoring the fatigue progress status of the component, constituting the machine and characterized in performing: detection of the start time and the stop time of the machine to calculate the operation time of the machine from the time difference between the two; calculation of the actual usage time of the component, on the basis of the operation time and the operation past record of the machine recorded, in advance; calculation of the replacement time of the component from the replacement past record of the component recorded, in advance; and detection of the margin, until the replacement or maintenance of the component from the difference between the replacement time and the actual usage time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
