PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method for analyzing aldehydes and ketones in samples without requiring complication operations such as extraction by a solvent and condensation and provide an analyzing apparatus and a fiber-filled needle used for the analyzing method. SOLUTION: Fibers are coated with a hydrochloride or sulfate of 2, 4-dinitrophenylhydrazine. The fibers are filled in the needle for microextraction. The analyzing apparatus includes the needle and a suction device. A sample is drawn from the needle of the analyzing device by suction, and aldehydes and ketones in the sample are brought into reaction with 2, 4-dinitrophenylhydrazine into corresponding 2, 4-dinitrophenylhydrazone, desorbed, introduced to a chromatograph, and analyzed in the method for analyzing aldehydes and ketones in samples.
