PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling cassette-type air conditioner capable of preventing cost-up even if the conditioner is long and large, and having a decorative panel of favorable appearance. SOLUTION: In this ceiling cassette-type air conditioner 1 comprising an outer frame 10 disposed on a ceiling in a suspended state, a plurality of air conditioner bodies 2 received in the outer frame in parallel with each other, and a decorative panel 3 disposed on the lower face of the outer frame 10, the decorative panel 3 is composed of a plurality of decorative panels 31 each having a suction opening 32 and a supply opening 33, decorative panel connecting members 4a, 4b connecting a plurality of the decorative panels, and cover members 5 covering an adjacent part of the decorative panels 31, 31.
