PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the intrusion of foreign matter from a resin injection port regarding a piezoelectric oscillator used for electronic equipment. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric oscillator 100 is composed by connecting a container body 10 provided with an integrated circuit element S to a part under a piezoelectric vibrator 5 having a piezoelectric vibration element in its hermetically-sealed inside. A lid body 3 hermetically sealing the inside of the piezoelectric vibrator 5 has a claw 3B reaching a face on which the integrated circuit element S of the container body 10 is mounted. The container body 10 is provided with the resin injection port 12 communicating from a cavity 11 to the outside while having the cavity 11 into which the integrated circuit element S is mounted.
