PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a presence management system capable of providing presence information that a presenter wishes to disclose, according to a change in the location of a watcher. SOLUTION: A first terminal device comprises a message creation means for creating a message corresponding to position information, and a message transmission means for transmitting a message to a presence server as presence information, associated with the position information. The presence server provides the presence management system, having a message accumulation means for accumulating messages transmitted by the message transmission means, and a message providing means for providing a second terminal device with the messages, according to a position where the second terminal device is located.
