PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact piezoelectric oscillator with simple handling and excellent productivity. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric oscillator is configured to include: an integrated circuit element 10; an integrated circuit element mount base 31 whereon the integrated circuit element 10 is mounted; an integrated circuit element side frame part 32 for forming a first cavity part 34 by surrounding the integrated circuit element 10 at an outer circumferential edge part of the integrated circuit element mount base 31; a piezoelectric resonator element 23; a piezoelectric resonator element mount base 21 whereon the piezoelectric resonator element 23 is mounted; a piezoelectric resonator element side frame part 22 for forming a second cavity part 25 by surrounding the piezoelectric resonator element 23 at an outer circumferential edge part of the piezoelectric resonator element mount base 21; a lid 24 for closing the second cavity part 25; a conductive member 33 for electrically and mechanically connecting the integrated circuit element side frame part 32 and the piezoelectric resonator element mount base 21; and a resin 40 for covering the first cavity part 34 and the conductive member 33 up to the height of an outer circumferential face of the piezoelectric resonator element side frame part 22.
