PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continued label form which can avoid troubles such as transfer failure or print defects when printing in a printer, and is easy to cut its release coated base and to take out labels by hand when in use. SOLUTION: In the continued label form 10 for printers, its one surface is used for printing and the other surface has an adhesive layer. It has a label 16 having a first perforation 20 to separate it into two or more pieces and a release coated base band 18 to tentatively adhere some pieces of the labels 16 with a second perforation 22 to separate. The edges of the first perforation 20 formed on the label 16 are made a cut section, and the edges of the second perforation 22 formed on the release coated base 18 are made a non-cut section.
